An Evening with Ben Vereen

UH-Outreach College and Leeward Community College Theatre welcome an evening of song with the legendary Ben Vereen. A consummate artist whose accomplishments over a 40 year career has included Broadway (Jesus Christ Superstar, Pippin), television (Roots, Webster, Fresh Prince of Bel-Air) and film (Sweet Charity, All That Jazz, Idlewild). Onstage, Vereen exhibits an inexhaustible joy for performance. http://www.benvereen.com/ This event is a special fundraiser to benefit the Outreach College and Leeward Community College performing arts programs. This event is presented under the auspices of the Performing Arts Presenters of Hawaii whose statewide membership has been offering performances for over three decades.
