Our venue is an intimate proscenium theatre with ample production work space, two dance studios and a small Lab Theatre. The lower level provides classroom space, dressing rooms, a costume shop, and set and prop storage. From dance shows to beauty pageants, church services, business conferences, rallies, and other presentations Leeward Theatre provides outstanding value to its clients with a veteran technical staff.
Seating for the theatre comfortably accomodates 574 with a possibility of up to 26 additional seats - see our seating chart. The facility is available on a rental basis to the community. Scheduling is done on a first-come, first-served basis, after the College's programming is determined.

Complete application
and submit it to us along with a $300 deposit.
3.
Receive cost estimate
and confirm your rental agreement.
4.
Schedule tech meeting
to discuss the technical needs of your event.
5.
Submit 50% desposit
and Certificate of Liability for your event.
