The most convenient way to visit our Theatre is by automobile. Google Maps says that the best route to Leeward CC campus from Honolulu is via Kamehameha Highway, however, we highly suggest that you drive the H1 Highway route and take exit 10 onto Moanalua Road to get to the our theatre. Taking buses is not recommended because the bus route 73 directly to Leeward CC campus runs only weekdays until 2:28pm. Other bus routes stop 1/2 mile from the campus on Farrington Hwy. Please see our recommended directions for car and bus travel.

BY CAR
FROM HONOLULU:
• Take the H-1 Freeway, Ewa Bound (or West bound)
• Get off at the Pearl City/Waimalu exit (Exit #10)
• Make the right turn after the exit onto Moanalua Road
• Proceed down Moanalua Road until Waimano Home Road (the third stoplight) and turn left
• Continue on Waimano Home Road until you reach Kamehameha Hwy, the first major intersection you'll encounter (good landmarks are a 7-11 Store and a Car Dealership).
• Turn right onto Kamehameha Hwy and get into the far left land. Follow the Leeward Community College directional signs. You'll pass one intersection and then a large concrete Sam's Club Shopping complex on the right.
• Staying in the far left lane, you'll drive under an overpass and make the first left turn after the overpass. This will put you on the direct access road to campus, Waiawa Road.
• Continue till Waiawa Road ends (a very short distance) and make a right turn at the stop sign onto Ala `Ike.
• Make the first left turn into campus parking.
FROM WINDWARD O'AHU:
• Take H-3 Freeway and continue on to H-1 Freeway, Ewa Bound (or West Bound).
• Continue driving directions from Honolulu.
BY CAR
FROM ALL POINTS EWA:
• Follow signs to PEARL CITY until you reach Farrington HWY
• Follow the Leeward Community College directional signs, making a right turn onto Waiawa Road, the direct access road to campus.
• Continue till Waiawa Road ends and make a right turn at the stop sign onto Ala `Ike.
• Make the first left turn into campus parking.
PARKING
Leeward Theatre is the first and tallest building on campus. There are two parking lots near the theatre. The first parking lot is on the diamondhead/East side of the theatre. The second, larger parking lot is on the mountain-side of the theatre. Please see the diagram showing travel paths to the theatre from the parking lots.
Parking is available on a first come, first-served basis and it is FREE on campus on weekdays and weekends at all times. Restrictions concerning parking for the disabled, service vehicles, and loading zones are enforced at all times.
Parking for persons with disabilities and limited mobility is on the diamondhead side of the building (please use the first parking lot entrance).
Please allow 30 minutes to find parking and to take your seat before the curtain rises. Latecomers will not be seated until a suitable interval in the program or as the discretion of our house manager.
BY BUS
Please note that we do not recommend taking the bus to our venue because it is inconvenient and the walkway to the bus stop is not well-lit at night.
FROM WAIKIKI: Take the bus route 42 (Waikiki-Ewa Beach) to Pearl City. Get off at Leeward Community College bus station.
FROM ALA MOANA: Take the bus route 40, 40A, 42, and 62 to Pearl City. Get off at Leeward Community College bus station.
FROM THE BUS STOP: Walk towards the intersection. Cross the intersection at the crosswalk. Walk along the sidewalk of Waiawa Road until you cross the overpass. At the end of the overpass, you see the green sign with right arrow, read "Leeward Community College/ UH West O'ahu. Turn right and walk further. You see the first parking lot, Leeward CC signs and UH West O'ahu Portables. Leeward Theatre is the tall permanent building next to the UH West O'ahu Portables.

NAVIGATING LEEWARD THEATRE
There are three floors to Leeward Theatre. All floors are accessible by elevator.
The Main Floor is accessible directly from the parking lot and contains the theatre stage, the lobby, and our Backstage Shop where we hold meetings, gatherings, and classes.
The Theatre Office is located on the 2nd floor of the theatre building. You can reach the theatre office by ascending the stairs from our Backstage Shop or by the entering the office on the upper level of Leeward Community College campus. The theatre office is room TH-207. Advance ticket purchases can be made here Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, except on school holidays.
The Lab Theatre is located in the basement of the building. Also located in the basement are our dance classrooms, dressing rooms, and the Richard Aadland Green Room.
